Real-Time User Monitoring?

All,

I'm looking to find a tool which will provide real-time, accurate information of which user is currently logged onto each workstation within out Windows domain.

Ideally, it needs to be client-less and supported on Windows NT, 2000 & XP.

I've searched the web and downloaded a few tools, but with little success.

Any suggestions welcome.
