real time statistics

Hello:
I'm trying to work with real time statistics, but i don't know what is the best way to initialize the tables RTS. I think that i can run a reorg in all my objets , but that solution has a lot off cost. I'd like to know if Anybody are working with Real Time estatistics and How is his experience.
