Real Time Server Monitoring Recommendations

Hi all,

I am trying to find a good product, to offer real time monitoring of all our clients servers.

I would like reporting on

Server/application performance
Server/application avaiablilty
Alerts when problems happen
Automatated service restart
SNMP Traps from 3rd party products (DELL Server Manger, HP Insight)
Central Dashboard Reporting
Drill Down Reports

If anyone can offer any suggestions on products that can offer this I would be very greatful.
