Real Time Send/Recieve?

With my outlook profile, it does not send/recieve in real time, I must do it manually.

To avoid this I have scheduled a send/recieve every minute, which does do the trick, however I would liket to know how to set it to perform this task in real time, when needed.

I have browsed around the options and not found anything!

What type of Server you picking your mail up from???? If its pop3 then you cant pick mail up in "real time" you hav to schedule send/receive task every X minutes to pick your mail up from the POP Server.

It's coming from an exchange server.

Other machines in the office do it automatically.

Should pick it up then automatically - check that Outlook isnt working in Offline mode - Under the File Menu make sure Work Offline isnt checked - off the top of my head thats the only thing i can think that would stop it picking it up automatically
