Got a MICS, 7.1 s/w and two callpilot 150's (one for voicemail and one for RCC). Installed the latest RCC server and reporting software a couple of months ago. When the customer try's to do any real time reporting, they get "No Contact Center Keycode". Anyone see this yet?
 
did it work before and stopped working? why do you need 2 callpilots for this? Is the contact center itself working, just not reporting? You need a keycode for reporting, and it needs to be on the callpilot system you are runing contact center on.
 
If you want Enhanced RCC (and 8 ports for voicemail and 8 for call center), you need two CP 150's.
