Real-time Reporting - Multicast

I have one site CCM 6.0 that both skillset and agent RTR are resetting to zero. We use multicasting and it was working and past few weeks, it has been resetting to zero in the middle of the day.Below are statistics for realtime. Multicast address is same at every site and send ip is the same at every site (3).

Under Configuration/REALTIME STATISTICS:
Interval-to-date:
Data Collection Interval: 24 :00 (hh:mm)
Collection will start immediately
One of the intervals starts at: 7:00 (today)


Minimum refresh rates:
Agent Real-time Displays: 2 (sec.)
Other Real-time Displays: 10 (sec.)

 
Did you recently update your service packs? See the recent threads on RTD, there is lots of great info including one that I found a post from MagnaRP regarding a fix that was previously noted in KNOVA for SU03 of SWC, and then re-appeared in SU07 (SWC 4.5) and also CCM SU03. It is in regards to some logging that is in the RTDService.ASP file.

Search KNOVA / Nortel KB for "rtdservice.asp" and you should find it.
