How can i detect when user actualy types something? I could not find any event that would give me an indication that user have changed the document by typing a letter. Can't I monitor changes in ActiveDocument in real time?

real-time? maybe not

what you could try is periodically check using the OnTime method the .Saved property of the ActiveDocument

just an idea though, I do not have time to see if it would work

i downloaded this file. the setup don't work - it has some problem with its activex.
