Hi,
I currently have 3 team leads monitoring their queues during office hours. There are two displays that they are using one for their respective skillsets and agents.
So there are 6 reports been pulled from the server and refreshed every 1-2 seconds. However, during the past week or so these reports suddenly display 0 values for all of the columns in the report. This is happening upto 4-5 times a day at different times, and happens to all 3 of the team leads at the same time.
The team leads can get round this problem by colsing the display, re-launching the application and re-running the reports.
Any suggestions as to why this could be happing would be greatly appreciated
