Hey all- I think I've read something on the forum regarding this, but can't find now. Anyone have any thoughts on this: We currently use Symon readerboards to display stats. We are looking for alternatives. Is there a way with RSM to broadcast real time data, collect and display as html on a web page? Rather than readerboard displaying stats, we could login to that website and push to a LCD/monitor. Any thoughts would be great and appreciated.

We also have SWC used for coaches, but they also want to keep the readerboards hanging for the agents.

Thanks,
PMoggs

Why not just build some graphic realtime displays on a PC that is connected to a projector or plasma/lcd tv?

I have 12 8' projection screens in my setup doing that exact same thing. Works great and is MUUUCH less expensive than Symon.

Thanks for the response pronei.

I'm not sure that the graphical displays offer enough customization as needed to display what we are looking for. We want to display up to 10 queues at one time. Also in cases for a specific department we may want to show %svc lvl & calls waiting. I want to pull %svc lvl from appl while I want to pull calls waiting from skillset. I don't think you can combine both in a display. Also, I might want to change the way a name of an appl/skill appears on the display. Instead of calling an appl NEWYORK_CS I might want to call it CUSTOMER SERVICE on the display so it makes more sense to agents.

Also, we have 6 centers that are networked and I would like the data from all 6 SCCSs collected in one place in order to show network consolidated views. We presently do this with one of our SWC servers, but again it has limitations I believe.

Yeah, if you want that level of functionality, then you will need Symon or an equivalent technology.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with anything other than Symon & Nortel's own real time reporting.
