You can put a DWC key on an agent phone but it will show calls for all the skillsets that the agent is in. If a call is queued to more than one skillset then it will be counted multiple times.
Also, it is only updated when the key is press so not exactly real-time. Could still be useful if the agents only belong to one skillset and they don't have Agent Desktop Display.
Why don't you install Agnet Desktop Display on the PC. This is accurate and like Stanley said you can use DWC key but it does not account for the Contact Center CDN's it only accounts for the ACD.
