After applying SU07 and SUS0701 to our 4.5 web client server, several of our workstations can no longer run RTD's. Previously, they worked fine under SU05. When clicking "Launch Display", these workstations go thru the motions of trying to connect but instead get an error stating that there are connection issues or no agents are logged in.
I've deployed the Clientctrls.msi file to all workstations to update the ActiveX controls, but this has not rectified the problem. Same goes for uninstalling/reinstalling SOAP.
Anyone else run into this? Any ideas
