Real Time Display problem

Hi!

I'm having problem with the Real Time Display on CCMA 6.0. When we make changes on the name or the skillset and partition of an agent the change don't take effect. The NTP and nortel engineer said that we have to restart the IceRTDService and relaunch the standard agent display but the mayority of the times this dosn't work and we have to restart all the CCMS services and then works. I need help on this, if there is a patch specific for this or if its resolved on an update.
