Real Time Display problem

I have had this before and thought a reboot cleared it up.
Symposium reboot did not clear problem.

"unable to register daga with statistics data propagator. Real time display cannot continue"

Anyone have another resolution for this? I removed Symposium client conpletely from PC including Sybase and reinstalled and still have the problem.

I found the answer. Windows Firewall was blocking. I allowed nictdsp under exceptions and now realtime display works.
