Real Time Display error in SECC

When trying to view Real Time Displays in SECC and selecting the 'Monitoring Agent Checkbox' and 'View Agent Display checkbox', when I click ok it closes and the egg timer appears and then nothing happens.

My client is on an XP machine 2002 service pack 2. It also happens on the server as well.

Has anybody had this issue before or know a fix?
