Real Time Display and Hitorical Reporting .

Hello Guys,

Until now i looking for the main cause disparities between "Real time Reporting and Historical Reporting".

For example with the RTD tabular that has setting up to refresh every 2 scs so that the exact value for agent on skillset give a real information of the total agent currently login in , Number of Call offered, Not ready , ect ...
in the other side we have Historical Reporting that give a large view of information, in a previous time, but the fact that having a big difference on both report is the main concern.

The difference of data loss is like , for example ,
On RTD tabularin the row of "Contact Offered" i see a total of 370 , whereas Historical Reporting gives a total of 380

I hope you guys understand what i am trying to explain.
