Real Time Black Lists

Hi all

I have set up real time blacklisting on my GWIA.
I now have problems receiving mail from some email addresses particularly hotmail (not surprisingly).

I have seen the bit in the manual about creating a class of service to allow blocked email in. I have a default class of service, where I have the settings selected to 'allow incoming messages' and then in the exceptions section, I have put the email addresses I want to allow in the 'Allow messages from' box.

I restarted the GWIA.

This doesn't seem right and it doesn't work as I cannot recieve mail from a hotmail account I just set up.

Can anyone let me know what I am doing wrong.
