Hello: I am having an sporadic situation where un agent that is not defined in a skillset, ONLY in the real time, appears as taking a skillset call. He don't receive the call, and in the historics this call isn't present, but in the real time of RCC you can watch that this agent is answering a call from a skillset that he isn't defined.
