I am getting intermittent Real Speak errors. Errors are cleared by stopping and starting the service. Running MM v4.0 SP5 MS Exchange. Just started a couple of days ago.

Do your Real Speak errors coinside with making multiple/consecutive changes in Caller Applications?

mminstaller,
We are seeing Real Speak errors coinciding with multiple caller application changes and deployment.

The pattern is as follows:

> > RealSpeak Severe Error:
> > Socket read failed
> > operation=connection handshake

I'm curious if you are seeing the same errors....

I am seeing this exact pattern with MM 5.1 w/ MAS. New install.

Bunkman, that is the same error I am getting. I can rectify the problem by stopping and restarting the Real Speak Host service.
