Real Beginner on System Attendant greeting change

I have only managed individual phone sets up to this point. I have been asked to modify the menu choices people hear when calling the main number. This new choice will forward to an existing extension - "Push 6 to go to blah".

I am not up on all the Meridian lingo so searching the forum has been a little frustrating.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
 
What you are looking for is call an Auto Attendent. It is found in Meridial Mail or CallPilot voice mail. In Mer Mail you have to go to Voices services and look further for menu services and find the menu you need to change. It can be difficult for a beginner at best. If you go to CallPilot, it is called Application Builder. It is a little more friendly as it is a GUI on a computer and alot of boxes that represent the transfers and the like. If you cannot find it, then come back and post more information about the menus you have and we can guide you from there.
