REAL Advantages of Flash

What are the real advantages of FLASH? My company's systems do not support Flash and I love working with Flash to web sites. I want to give them (the administration) a demonstation of how Flash can make our Web sites better. But not look better , I know it can do that... how else does Flash makes ones web site 'better'in other ways?

In my opinion, Flash is just another fantastic tool to grab and hold the users attention when he/she visits one of your sites. Whether it be used to make them think: that 'looks' really cool, or, how did they 'do' that? or whatever.

There's a million and one things you can do with Flash, but it's all geared at grabbing and holding a customers attention basically (well, apart from those out there who hate Flash and always prefer to stick with pure and simple HTML). Just use it as another option.
