Readonly Saveas Problem

Hi,

I have a reporting spreadsheet that runs 15 different routines for all the reports on site each morning, on occasions when the coding tries to save it comes up with the save as dialogue box because someone else left the file open when they left for the night, how can i trap this and save the file with a different name if the file is readonly.

What I would like to do is find who opened it and save the file with the persons name in the file name, so all the other users know who caused the intend file not to be saved as someone was in the oringinal all night.
