Reading / Writing from / to dBase 4

[NewToDelphi]

Hi again
Okay...I use Delphi 7 and I need to write a program that starts with a menu containing a series of buttons. When a button is pushed it reads from the dBase database and produces the results. There are also buttons that require writing to a dBase database. I have no idea how to do either of these tasks.. can anyone lend a hand???
