Help or Ideas - please
I reach configuration items and trying to create a customer report where I can display the relationships. I have a PRIMARY CI (i'll call it CI Search)
I'm trying to display all the associations. dependant & provider
I have 3 examples (attachment shows content)

1st example
Primary Search CI has 3 providers, 4 dependants

2nd example.
Primary Search CI has 10 providers, 2 dependants

3rd example
Primary Search CI has 3 providers, 2 dependants.

I can create a report that shows all values.
I want to suppress the values so it shows a single CI in column 1, shows unique PROVIDER in column 2, shows unique dependant in column 3
I've tried to create running totals (max value), groupings, etc, but I cannot get it working.

NOte: sometimes provider will have more rows, sometimes dependant will

I've attached a more detailed visual of what my current output looks like vs. what my desired output request is.

Thank you in advance for any ideas.

One approach using Underlay following section:

Create a Group based on Resource Search
Create a second Group based on Providers
Suppress the details as well as Group footers for both groups.
Move the Group 2 Name to the right about 2 inches.
In the Section expert choose Underlay the following section for Group Header 1.
(This will create the effect of two columns)
For the third column insert a Sub-report. (This will be used for the dependants).
Choose Create a sub-report with the Report Wizard and go through the sub-report wizard basing it on the same table but picking only the dependants field to display.
Link it on Resource Search
Place within Group 1 header to the right of the page so it doesn't overlap the Group 2 Name.
Modify the sub-report to Select Distinct reoords.
Suppress all sections except the details in the sub-report.
Format the sub-report to remove the border.
You should now have the effect of 3 columns.

Your the best. Just had a chance to walk through the recommendation. Brilliant. I have worked sub-reports in the past and completely escaped me to even try that option.
Thanks so much for the help.
