I'm having the same issue as someone else in post thread149-1048197. However, there was no resolution in that case.
I'm simply trying to read the Exchange 2003 message tracking logs from CR10, and I can find them and connect to them, and I know the data in in them, but once Crystal opens the logs, there's no data in the fields, and the report errors out with an "Unknown Query Engine" error.
It's almost like the format of the log file is different from what CR10 was published with, but I checked the BO site, and don't see anything about updates for this.
