Reading Text field out of Remedy into Crystal

Good day ..

I am trying to read a text field out of a specific application (Remedy DB). When I retrieve the data out of Remedy, the text field is only picking up a certain amount of info, I believe the text field for crystal is limited.

Does anyone know a way around this? I am using version 7, Seagate Desktop / Designer.

Have you tried formatting the text field to Can Grow?

How many characters are you getting/missing?
What data type is the field (browse the field to confirm how CR sees this field). Ken Hamady
