Reading rows in Access using VBA

Can any one one help me on this...
I am trying to insert rows from one table to other in MS Access using VBA. I need to find a way, to insert 500 rows at a time that is take 500 rows and perform insert then come back and take next 500 records and so on till end of file. Can any one provide some code?? TIA

Wrap it in a transaction. Have your code loop until an Integer (i), reaches 500. then, use the commit transaction. Tyrone Lumley
