Reading/Openning Files

Hi,

I got a little problem here. When I run the program once... it works fine. Though when I go to run a second time, I am having a problem openning the file. It seems that the file is not getting opened correctly.

I do a file.close(); at the end on the first run. though, it seems that it is having trouble reading it (or openning it).

Please I really need some help to finish this project and move on.
