Reading message body from tracking centre?

Hi,

Pretty basic question but I'm not a wiz on Exchange yet. We are running 2000. Is there any way of reading an actual e-mail body that has been deleted from the users mailbox? We have a problem with personal use and I have the job of looking into it :-( I can obviously find the message in the tracking centre but ideally need to view the mails too.

If you are the admin, and you have the mail, then restore it and use OWA or MAPI if needed.
Beware that, given the job or not, it may be a breach of privacy in your country! (I personally don't approve those laws, but just so you know)
