Hi,

I'm using Eudora at home and at work. When I check mails at work, I leave them on server, to get them at home too. There is a feature mentioned (r-header, UIDL), which marks mails as read, which have already been downloaded and read earlier. When using (I don't remember - Netscape or Outlook) for reading on the secondary machine it did work, but it does not, when using Eudora. Any ideas?

Gee, it works for me! I didn't do anything to change the Eudora options but if I have already looked at the email on the server, it shows as not new when I actually download it on my main machine.

I don't know enough about the POP server part of the equation though

What version of Eudora? JL Filler,Wilton Public Schools, Wilton CT

I have been a big Eudora user for many years. But sometimes I want to read my mail at my grandchildren's house or at the library.
I just pull up my ISP homepage and log in and read my mail.

I'm sure this is not what you are thinking, but was worth mentioning.
