Hi,

I want to create a application that read the keybard input even when it doesn't have the focus. the user will not interact with it in any way, I want it to start an application if the user input a specific string in any software that currently as the focus without interrupting or delaying it.

I have looked over the platform SDK but cannot find specific help. Could you point me to something useful?

Thanks!

This is the C# (part of .NET) forum, not the Win32 forum.

BTW, what you're looking for is called a keyboard system hook.

Chip H.
