Reading HTML incoming messages in Outlook 2007

My incoming messages in Outlook 2007 come in plain text. Is there anyway to read them in HTML.

I am using Avast! Version 4.

My setting under Trust Center Read as plain test is not ticked.

Any help would be appreciated.
