Hey
I'm using a buffered reader to read in lines of text from a word document. My problem is this word files contain fancy symbols such as the 66 99 style double quotes. Is there anyway in which i can test for the presence of these so they can be replaced by the suitable symbols.

cheers

I've figured it out - just using the string.replace() method and using the unicode to find the unwanted characters.
