Reading from a .mdb file

I have a no. of tables stored in a .mdb (access) file. I am trying to find the no. of tables in a single .mdb file and trying to retrieve the TABLE NAMES from it. I have to display these names in a list box. Any suggestions on how to find the no. of tables and their names from a .mdb file? Very urgent.
