Reading Files in a folder

I am looking to create a package that will be able to look at a folder, read a file, extract it, and move it and then go back to the same folder and do the same to the next file until ultimately all files are read. I am not a programmer but I have a feeling that SSIS would be able to do this, but I do not know where to begin. Any help would be appreciated. The files are xml.
