Webfocus 5.3/Windows XP

Both CSV and tab-delimited files can be described with the WebFOCUS data description language. For CSV, the FILESUFFIX is COM; for tab-delimited files, the SUFFIX is TAB.

If the files have headers, you can automatically skip them, with a SUFFIX of COMT or TABT, respectively.
