Reading Data from a Cube into a Oracle Table

I'm looking at an auto balancing process between our Applications , Warehouse and Cubes.

I retrieved all info needed from Applications and the Warehouse, But would like to get a total loaded for a specific period from the Cognos Cubes as well as the last date that the cube loaded successfully.

Is it possible to get certain data from a cube and load that into a table / alternatively into an excel file.
