I am using a combo box in an Excel form that sometimes
contains text in the drop down list that is longer than can be displayed in the combo box. These can be very long medical descriptions. I would like to know whether it is possible to display the full text of an item that the mouse is pointing to in a separate text box whenever the mouse moves down to the next item in the list, without actually clicking the mouse and selecting the item. That way the
user can see the full text and make sure it is the correct
item before he/she selects it.
I have not been able to find any events or properties that
capture rows in the list that the user is pointing to
before it is selected.
