I run a large custom VB.Net application that we've developed for scraping Extra, but we have one thing that has stumped us for a long time. Can we read colors from the screen?
We have a mainframe application that does not return any indication of a problem other than to return the same line with the offending text in a different color. It always places the cursor at the beginning of the line, but the flaw may be any column.
We've not been able to find any way to read in the color, so we can't do anything to attempt to solve the error programatically or even to read in and store what the error was for manual cleanup later.
