Reading Binary PO Data

I'm slowly trying to replace all of the old reports we used in Great Plains with a Crystal Reports version, that I compile (we've been having trouble with Great Pains).

I'm trying to read the following field from POP10100:
PO_Field_Changes

This is causing a problem as it's a binary field.

The report writer uses PO Field Changes Array [ x ] to get the value nice and easy. Is there a way to duplicate that functionality in Crystal Reports?
