Reading Binary data using JAVA

Any one can tell me how can we read binary data and translate into normal language, has any one worked on this please let me know.

I do not understand the purpose of this post. Read binary data and translate into "normal" language. What is normal? For computers binary data is normal. What is the binary data? If you were sufficiently versed in the binary file format of whatever you were translating and have the time to devote to this purpose then sure, but it is impossible to take any arbitrary binary file(literally thousands of different file formats) and write a generic algorithm to translate it into some, as of yet, undefined "normal" language.
