Hey all,

Me and a couple others are running a few sites where we want to have the same page. We want the sites to take that page from another server, so that we can change and upload it once and it changes all the other pages.

I don't know if that would fall into HTML or XHTML, or whether it would be javascript, php, asp or the likes, but does anyone know if this is possible or how I would go about doing it?

The only thing you could work out in html is to use an iframe where you can load an entirely different page from anywhere you want within your page. If that is too robust for you, you will need use one of the server side languages available to you. Those would be asp, php, jsp, coldfusion, perl and the likes.

Yep, i'd have to agree with Vragabond, those are the best options.

Mu only other thought is perhams having it draw the content from an XML source of somthing, my XML is pretty limited as i've only ever used it with RSS but perhaps someone else can help on that front.

Ok, I'll take it to the other forums, thank you.
