ReadFile for com port.

I am trying to send data through a com port, and I can see the data sent
(via a scanner), but the port doesn't get answers.
I tried changing the CommTimeouts but it does not help.
PLEASE ASAP.

The thing is that I'm connecting to a cellular phone and when I connect via Hyper terminal I receive the respond from the phone, but when I connect via code with the same settings (including 8 bit), the phone does not respond
