Reader 6.0: Print as image disabled

Hi, I have a problem for one user that has just materialsed. Fonts are printing out differently to what is displayed on screen & the "print as image" option is disabled. I have tried reinstalling the application.

I have looked on the adobe site & there are a couple of threads there with exact same problem but no solution!!
