We have a custom plugin to set some print settings on some of our PDF Documents. The plugin is in the correct place and it shows up in the "system info, installed plug-ins" listing, but it does *NOT* show up in the "About Adobe Plug-ins" screen.

The plug-in works on multiple other machines with similar setups (win2k, winxp, latest Service packs, etc...)

Our corporate licensing says we need to stick with 6.0.1 so upgrading to a newer version is not possible.

Has anyone else had, and resolved this same issue? *PLEASE HELP*

Problem solved:

The version of Acrobat reader was missing a DLL required by the plugin (Some machines have it some don't, apparently installed with some other third party application) the latest version of acrobat has this dll included...

To stay within our license, we had to install acrobat reader 7, un-install, then re-install acrobat 6.
