Readdressing XPe Server Farm

I need to re-address our XPe Server farm. Our core router can get from the first address scheem to the second, but when I move a citrix server to the new address, the IMA service will not start and I have to move it back.

Does anyone know how to do this? I am able to change IP withing the same scope (Class B Subnet), but our totaly new scope (Class C with Diffrent IP Range) it does not work.
