I created a form for a client that wants people to be able to submit information. They dont like it because the form comes thru on their email and is not very readable. Does anyone have a better way of creating a form that can submit a more readable format, ie maybe as a text file or .pdf? Any help would be great, thanks

What script are you using to generate the email?

An answer may be to use/customise a script that can generate html email. Obviously you'll have to create a suitable html email template to integrate with this script.

Other tools again depend on your system: for example, Apache Lenya includes PDF outputters (you need to create a PDF template).
