Hello All,
There must be a module that does this, but I have not been able to find it, yet.

Problem.....
I need to read the content of a web page with a Perl program. We have a M$ SQL Server and IIS web server running on an NT box and want to get data from the SQL Server via the web server through an http request. We wrote an app to serve the data via an http call like..."<A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> some stuff from some table". Using a browser, the URL will return the requested data. How do I make the request from a piece of Perl code and catch the results. Does one of the many http related Perl Modules do this??

I realize this is an end run around DBD::ODBC, but getting the ODBC drivers and manager set up on the Sun box is turning into a nuissance. Thanks to M$, again, for their proprietary approach to life.

Thanks for the response,
I found the same on CPAN but a little confirmation is nice.
It does exactly what I'm looking for.
No problem,

Glad you got that sorted out.

perlkid
