I have a user who is getting complaints from others that she is requesting read reciepts in emails and meeting requests. However, when we check her Options, the option for requesting a read reciept is not selected under both the Tools -> Options -> Preferences -> Email -> Advanced Options -> Tracking Options or New -> Email -> Options.
I have opened the 'sent item' and the 'meeting request'and there are not tracking options set on either. Could the Rules template be corrupt? I am not sure if the 'read reciept' or 'delivery reciept' features fall into the rules template or not.
