Help! I have a user whos read receipts are messed up. Sometimes the user gets the correctly, othertimes the receipts come in as a standard email with a .txt attachment with receipt info in the txt file. This started happening after we changed the user from pop3 access to the exchange server. They are using office 2003. Any ideas why this is happening??
