I remember seeing a way to do this, but for the life of me I can't find the post.

I wan't to be able to place a button on a toolbar in Outlook. When I click on that button, I want it to automatically select to request a read receipt for that particular message. I know I can go into Options and do the same thing, but hey, I'm lazy, what can I say? ;) I'd like to be able to do it with a single button click.

Any ideas?

You can add the PROPERTIES button to the toolbar but not the just the Request Receipt button (at least not that I am aware of).

Open a new message and then right mouse click on the toolbar and select CUSTOMIZE. Click the FILE category and then scroll down to select PROPERTIES and place that where ever you want it on the toolbar. joegz
